Company Ethos

Our ethical standards are very important to us.

OUR ETHICAL STANDARDS

We aim to provide a supportive environment for our volunteers & staff to work in with a family atmosphere. Looking after each other in order to help others is at the heart of what we do. We pay £10 ph to anyone who is paid, regardless of status (pay to remain in-line with the National Living Wage Foundation). We are all of equal importance in our organisation.

We only buy Fairtrade tea, coffee and sugar, we use eco-friendly cleaning products where possible and we try to minimise our use of plastic, particularly single use plastic.

We aim to make all of our projects and activities accessible to all and provide autism/dementia friendly facilities at Pevensey Community Library and Langney Community Centre.

We champion equity for those with protected characteristics.
